for more than three decades, and recently as one of music’s most sought after advisors, Tyler has worked closely with many of the biggest gatekeepers in music – from major labels, managers, producers, major radio groups, publishers, film/tv studio’s and major brands.
previously, Tyler was evp of Sony music (Columbia Records, Sony Urban, Epic Records) and played a key role in the continuing development and success of stars like Beyonce, John Mayer and John Legend, while creating and overseeing strategies that led to breaking artists such as Natasha Bedingfield, The Fray and many others.
prior to sony, Bruce ran the music industries leading independent research and promotion company, air. as ceo, Tyler worked closely with the heads of every major label (Clive Davis, Don Ienner, Monte Lipman, Craig Kallman, etc.) and was highly recognized for his efforts working with and helping to break hundreds of the worlds most successful artists.

Jay Stevens is an award winning broadcast innovator who has produced groundbreaking content across the media landscape contributing over 35 years experience in broadcast radio, audio streaming, digital content and podcasting for some of the biggest multi media companies.
his years of experience include starting as an on air talent climbing to program director at several influential radio stations, then to vp of programming at CBS/Infinity radio and svp of programming content at Urban One. most recently Jay founded and is president of Tenshare Media, a media consultancy focused on talent coaching, guidance for digital and radio content creation, music discovery and strategic planning.
with an innovation first mentality, passion for all music and artist friendly attitude, Stevens has personally worked with and helped to break some of the biggest artists in music. for Jay there is nothing more exciting than assisting and participating in the ascension of an artist in music and radio.
